La star sénégalaise Youssou Ndour a reçu les honneurs de la République du Mali. Le lead vocal du Super Étoila a été honoré ce vendredi 21 février 2020, au palais Koulouba de Bamako, par le président Ibrahim Boubacar Keita qui l’a décoré Commandeur de l’Ordre National à titre étranger. Youssou Ndour, qui a déclaré publiquement son soutien au peuple malien dans la crise qu’il traverse notamment face au terrorisme, est à Bamako pour participer au sixième Salon de Bamako.
