Ce Sénégalais a décidé de boucher un trou sur la route, achetant du ciment, amenant du matériel à cet effet. Selon l’auteur de la vidéo, il s’agit d’un chauffeur de Taxi, qui a pris l’initiative au constat de la carence du pouvoir public, saisi à maintes reprises. Une initiative citoyenne à saluer et encourager surtout avec les nombreux cas d’accident de la route au Sénégal.
