La célèbre animatrice, Aïda Patra, a eu chaud dans la nuit du lundi au mardi. Elle était dans une villa à la rue 39 X Blaise Diagne de la Médina lorsque des policiers en service à la Sûreté urbaine de Dakar ont débarqué sur les lieux. Ils filaient des trafiquants de drogue. Les policiers ont ainsi embarqué tout le monde, y compris l’animatrice, en direction du commissariat central de Dakar. Aïda Patra, connue pour n’avoir pas sa langue dans son pagne, a ameuté tout le quartier, jurant n’avoir rien à voir avec cette affaire de trafic de drogue. Elle a finalement été relâchée, puisque n’étant pas en possession de produit prohibé.
