Le juge d'instruction du premier cabinet près le tribunal de grande instance de Diourbel a suivi le parquet dans son réquisitoire introductif.
Le magistrat instructeur a accordé la liberté provisoire, selon une source de Seneweb proche du parquet, à tous les élèves qui ont été arrêtés vendredi dernier à Touba et à Mbacké, lors du meeting avorté de Pastef d'Ousmane Sonko.
Suite à cette clémence de la justice, le Collectif des gouvernements scolaires du département de Mbacké va reprendre les cours très prochainement. Une réunion d'urgence est convoquée ce mercredi à 15 h par cette structure en vue de lever le mot d'ordre de grève, renseigne notre source.
