Un bâtiment R+4 sis dans la commune de Ouakam précisément à Touba Ouakam s’est « détaché » et prêt de s’effondrer sur les habitations voisines.
Un effondrement évité de justesse à Ouakam. Un R+4 construit sans autorisation sur 25 m2 s’est subitement incliné de 20 cm environ par rapport à celui qui se trouve derrière lui. Or, les deux bâtiments étaient collés.
Selon les informations de libération, le maire de Ouakam a pris, ce 5 septembre 2023, un arrêté de péril imminent prescrivant l’évacuation immédiate et la démolition du bâtiment.
En attendant la démolition du bâtiment, des mesures de sécurité ont été prises en évacuant les deux maisons qui se trouvent à ses côtés.
