Après les cinq premières personnes placées sous mandat de dépôt mardi, dans le cadre de l’enquête sur la mort par balle du Baye Fall à Touba, cinq autres personnes ont été envoyées en prison hier mercredi.
Dans l’affaire du meurtre du Baye Fall à Touba, 5 autres personnes ont été envoyées en prison hier. Elles ont été placées sous mandat de dépôt par le Juge d’instruction du deuxième cabinet du Tribunal de Diourbel.
Le chef du village de Thiey Faly et deux autres mises en cause ont, eux, bénéficié d’une liberté provisoire assortie d’un contrôle judiciaire. Ils sont rentrés chez eux.
Mardi dernier, 5 première personnes avaient déjà été placées sous mandat de dépôt. Ce qui fait, au total, 10 mis en causes envoyés en prison. Ils sont poursuivis pour complicité de meurtre, détention illégale d’arme, violence et voie de faits.
