Selon les informations de Libération online, le Dr Babacar Niang, qui était convoqué ce lundi à la Sûreté urbaine (Su) après sa libération samedi soir, vient d’être déféré devant le procureur pour "non-assistance à personne en danger et homicide involontaire".
Le mis en cause a été arrêté mardi dernier suite à un avis de recherche et d’arrestation émis par la Sûreté Urbaine (SU).
Sa garde à vue a été levée, samedi.
