Le journaliste Babacar Touré a fait objet d’un troisième retour de parquet, ce mardi 02 mai 2023, au tribunal de grande instance de Dakar.
Convoqué puis placé en position de garde à vue semaine dernière, le journaliste d’investigation Babacar Touré fait encore l’objet d’un retour de parquet.
Pour rappel, le Directeur de publication de Kewoulo a été convoqué à la Division des investigation criminelles (DIC) suite à la plainte de Frederick Napel. Il est poursuivi pour trois chefs d’accusation : « dénonciation calomnieuse, diffamation, diffusion de fausses nouvelles ».
Le patron du site d’information en ligne Kewoulo est attendu, demain, dans le bureau du procureur pour éventuellement connaître le sort que lui réserve le maître des poursuites.
