Du nouveau dans l’affaire d’escroquerie sur l’or. Le célèbre prêcheur Taïb Socé avait saisi le Tribunal civil contre Moussa Touré et Cheikh Tidiane Diakhaté toujours en fuite.
Selon Libération, qui donne l’information, la deuxième chambre civile a statué le 5 septembre dernier, condamnant les fugitifs à payer à Taïb Socé la somme de 33 millions 333 mille 333 F CFA, à titre de remboursements.
Le journal rappelle que Moussa Touré et Cheikh Tidiane Diakhaté ont été déjà condamnés à cinq ans de prison en première instance.
Dans cette affaire, le célèbre prêcheur avait recouvré la liberté en septembre 2019 après que ses soutiens ont initié un téléthon, collectant 100 millions de francs Cfa pour payer sa caution, suite à une contrainte par corps qui l’avait de nouveau conduit en prison.
